Mr. Rosenblatt was born in Evansville, Indiana and, after graduating from Bosse High School, attended Indiana University where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree. Thereafter, Mr. Rosenblatt attended the Indiana University Mauer School of Law in Bloomington, IN. Following law school, Stanley signed up with the Volunteers in Service to America (VISTA) as an attorney and was assigned to the Legal Services Program in Fort Wayne, IN. In 1972, Stanley entered private practice and later joined the firm of Tourkow, Crell, Rosenblatt & Johnston.

Beyond his legal prowess, Mr. Rosenblatt has actively contributed to the community's growth and prosperity. For an impressive 17 years, he served as the President of the Monroeville Chamber of Commerce, showcasing his enduring commitment to fostering local economic development.
