James "Jim" Yankosky is a seasoned legal professional with over twenty years of experience. Born in Cherry Point, North Carolina, he grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Jim graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington in 1991, and went on to earn his law degree from Indiana University, Indianapolis in 1994. He is licensed to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court and the Indiana Worker's Compensation Board. Actively involved in the legal community, Jim is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Allen County Bar Association, and the Adams County Bar Association. He also serves as a Member of the ISBA Board of Delegates for Allen County.

An expert in his field, Jim is a sought-after speaker at legal seminars and panel discussions, focusing on worker's compensation issues. His legal practice primarily handles worker’s compensation and auto accident claims.

Outside of work, Jim values family greatly as a devoted husband and proud father of four. He enjoys hobbies such as golf, horse racing, supporting IU basketball, deep sea fishing, and vacationing with his loved ones.
