Joshua I. Tourkow
Joshua I. Tourkow boasts a distinguished career as Senior Partner at Tourkow, Crell, Rosenblatt & Johnston, amassing over 50 years of experience as a dedicated attorney. His expertise spans a diverse range of legal areas, including divorce, custody, parenting time, support, paternity, and other family law matters.
Josh graduated from Purdue University, Lafayette, and Indiana University Law School in Indianapolis. Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Tourkow is a sought-after speaker and presenter on family law issues both statewide and for the American Bar Association. He has regularly conducted continuing legal education seminars for prestigious organizations such as the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Allen County Bar Association. Notably, he has contributed his insights to the Indiana State Legislature, providing testimony on proposed family law legislation.
Mr. Tourkow previously served as advisor for Father’s United for Equal Rights of Allen County for over 40 years, showcasing his commitment to promoting equitable parental rights. In addition, Josh held the role of an advisor for Parents Without Partners as well as serving on the Fort Wayne Redevelopment Commission. Josh also served as legal counsel for the Fort Wayne Housing Authority. His leadership extends to his roles as the past chair of the Family and Juvenile Law Section of the Indiana State Bar Association and the past chair of the Family Law Section of the Allen County Bar Association, where he presently remains as a distinguished member, reflecting his ongoing dedication to the legal community.
Josh functions as a Family Law Mediator providing services for a broad array of family law cases including custody disputes, divorces, and visitation matters. Outside of his role as a legal professional, Josh enjoys time with his wife, three children, and three grandchildren.
