The 2013 Health and Fitness Expo will take place at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum October 12-13. The event is host to several expo competitions throughout the weekend including a Zombie 5K run, Olympic Weightlifting, Crossfit, Karate/Judo, Power Lifting, Arm Wrestling, and the Midwest High School Hard Body Contest. Expo demonstrations will include Spinning, Yoga, Dance, Zumba, and Gymnastics. Tickets are $10/day or $15/weekend. Children 12 and under are free.
