The New York Courts recently nullified the validity of a pre-nuptial agreement based on fraud in the inducement.  In essence, promises were made that the agreement will not be enforced and it would be “torn up.”  That didn’t happen.  The court voided it.  Although not directly applicable to Indiana Law, this case could be a basis for arguments similar to this in future Indiana Cases.  Call Josh Tourkow or e-mail him at jtourkow@tcrjlaw.com with any questions regarding a pre-nuptial agreement.
