Tourkow, Crell, Rosenblatt & Johnston is a general practice firm headquartered in Fort Wayne, Indiana. 
We have branch offices in Waynedale, Monroeville, Garrett, and Decatur, Indiana.  The firm practices in
all area, state, and federal courts.  The practice is broad-based and encompasses general litigation,
personal injury actions, divorce, real estate, wills, and corporate matters.  The firm has existed since
the 1950's in various forms. 

Joshua I. Tourkow

Joshua Tourkow has been practicing law for over 29 years in Fort Wayne.  His primary practice consists of divorce, custody, visitation, support, wills and other family matters.  Josh speaks frequently to various organizations about divorce matters, including at American Bar Association and Indiana Continuing Legal Education Seminars and Conventions.  He has also testified before Indiana State Legislature regarding proposed Legislation. He is the advisor for Parents Without Partners and Fathers United for Equal Rights of Allen County.  He is a past chairman of the Indiana State Bar Association, Family Law Section from 1992-1994 and has served as Chairman of the Allen County Bar Association Family Law Section.  He is also an executive member of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association, and is a member of the American Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association and Allen County Bar Association.

Marvin S. Crell

Marvin S. Crell has been a practicing attorney for over 40 years.  He has spent all of his legal career in the Fort Wayne area and is the primary staff attorney at the Waynedale Office.  Marvin has a broad-based practice including wills and estates, personal injuries and corporate business practice.  Marvin is counsel for the Grand Wayne Center and has served on various boards and civic associations throughout his legal career.  He is a member of the American Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association and Allen County Bar Association.  Marvin is also a Managing Trustee for an educational trust and he is also a member of a Trust Committee for student scholarships at Taylor University, Fort Wayne.

    Stanley L. Rosenblatt

    Stanley L. Rosenblatt has been practicing law for over 30 years.  His areas of concentration include personal injury, medical negligence, estates, and real estate.   He is the primary staff attorney for the Monroeville Office and is a member of the American and Indiana Trial Lawyers Associations, together with the American Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association and Allen County Bar Association.  Mr. Rosenblatt presently serves as a Director of the Indiana Trial Lawyer’s Association.

    Douglas E. Johnston

    Douglas E. Johnston has been a practicing attorney for over 25 years with a concentration in personal injury, small business matters, wills and estates, and family law.  He was born and raised in Garrett, Indiana, and is the primary staff attorney for the Garrett Office.  He is a member of the American Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, Allen County Bar Association,  DeKalb County Bar Association and Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.  He currently serves the Allen County Bar Association as Vice President for the Calendar Year 2007/2008.  He also is Counsel for the Garrett Redevelopment Commission and the Fort Wayne-Allen County Convention and Tourism Authority (“The Grand Wayne Center”).

     

    He was selected as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” for 2008.

      James Yankosky

      James C. Yankosky has been licensed to practice law for 6 years.  He was raised in Leo, Indiana.  His primary areas of practice are family law, including adoption, worker’s compensation, and personal injury.  He is a member of the American Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association and Allen County Bar Association.

      John D.Cowan

      John D. Cowan has been licensed to practice law since 1996.  He was raised in Fort Wayne.  He served as clerk in the Allen Superior Court for Judge Nancy Boyer and Judge Paul Mathias and was former Deputy Prosecutor in Whitley County.  His primary areas of practice are family law, criminal defense, bankruptcy “We are a debt relief agency.  We help people file for Bankruptcy under the Bankruptcy Code.” and personal injury.  He is a member of the Indiana State Bar and the Allen County Bar Association.

      Megan R. Burzych

      Megan R. Burzych has been licensed to practice law since 2006.  She obtained her Bachelor’s of Science from Purdue University, graduating with highest honors.  Her primary area of practice is family law.  She is a member of the Indiana State Bar and the Allen County Bar Association, as well as, the Family Law Sections of both.  She is a participant in Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana.
